Which payment methods can I choose?

You can pay with credit card, via bank transfer, cash-on-delivery (only in Hungary), via PayPal.
You can pay with credit card to the shipping courier. (Cash-on-delivery service is available only in Hungary)

Which is my size?
Exact size and parameters are give on the Size table page. We make the dresses with high quailty and attention to the measure table. Compare the given sizes with yours! If you have any question about the measures, feel free to ask!
I ordered the wrong size. How can I change?

If you want to exchange the product due to a size problem, you may do so within 14 days by following the below steps:

 

Exchange products must be returned via courier service. (We do not accept returns via cash on delivery)
We do not take responsibility for packages returned via post, if the package is lost, the buyer is fully responsible for it!

 

1. Write us an e-mail and include the following information: order number, which product you would like to exchange, from which size to which size. Make sure to wait until we contact you!

2. Send the product back to us by courier to the following address:

We are unable to accept parcels sent by cash on delivery!

 

3. After that, you will receive an invoice from us for the shipping cost of the exchanged item. Shipping costs vary by the delivery country. Please transfer shipping cost to the following bank account, based on our invoice:

4. After receiving your transfer, we will send the new product by courier within 5 working days, if the product is available in the size you requested. If the product is not available, we will notify you and send it as soon as it is back in stock (maximum of 14 days)
If the desired product is not in stock, we will let you when you can get them. (max. 14 days)

The product is not available in my size. How can I order?
If you can not find your size, please contact us! You can order your favourite products in XXS, L, XL or even XXL sizes
You can get your products with thong style or without patents, sewn together in bottom.
Product prices are varied for unique sizes and the shipping time is increased with 8 days.
